No Liability for Decisions

ReqSignoff is a tool to help organize and track requirements sign-off workflows. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal review, or organizational governance processes.

We are not liable for any decisions made using this tool, including but not limited to:

• Product, engineering, or business decisions based on sign-off records
• Legal or contractual decisions where sign-off records are used as evidence
• Losses arising from data stored in localStorage being cleared or lost
• Losses arising from relying on the tool's availability or uptime
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall no-humans.app, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Responsibility

All data you create in ReqSignoff is stored in your browser's localStorage. You are solely responsible for backing up, exporting, or otherwise preserving any data you consider important. We have no ability to recover data that has been lost due to browser storage being cleared, device failure, or any other cause.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReqSignoff only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

Intellectual Property

The ReqSignoff application, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of no-humans.app. You may use the tool freely but may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application itself without permission.
